The viva of 'Ka', 'Kha' and 'Ga' units will be held on November 14, 2012 and November 15, 2012 while viva of 'Gha' unit on November 17, 2012 and November 18, 2012.
Result of the 1st year honors admission test of BU was published on November 4, 2012.
A total 15,110 appeared for the written test held on November 3, 2012 at the 27 centers of the city in two shifts -> 10:00-11:00 am and 3:00-4:00 pm under four units. Of the total 1693 were got pass marks. Pass mark was fixed 48 out of 120 numbers.
According to the merit order successful candidates has been called for interview and only 665 of them will be finally allowed.
The classes of the university will begin on December 3, 2012 on the temporary campus of BU in Barisal Zila School, BU Vice Chancellor and Chief Coordinator of the admission test Dr. Harun-or Rashid informed.
Sources informed that, it will take 3 to 5 years to complete the construction work of the permanent campus.
